Follow-Up

We have new faces coming to CCH all the time. The goal of the Follow-Up Ministry is to welcome them and make them feel at home. Members of this ministry need to be out-going and friendly. Each week, members of this team will take gifts and cookies and stuff to the new folks who visit CCH. The goal is to make vital connections within the body of CCH.
